3. What about service? If I need a repair, can any bicycle shop handle it?
Yes. All of the Kinn-Ovations bicycles are standard "off the shelf" components, i.e.; tires, seats, and hub and may be repaired by the individual or bicycle shop.

Routine lubrication of the rear gear is easily accomplished by removing the screws on the rear gear cover a lubricating every six (6) months or as required.

The actual chainless transmission system is totally enclosed and has a one (1) year warranty* covered by Kinn-Ovations. If a failure were to occur, the dealer is authorized to replace the chainless system or components at no cost to the customer.
